Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! You can report problems with an order within 2 weeks after receiving the product to email@example.com. Be aware that IntoTheDirt may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
Lost in the mail:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you. Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. If you set the return address as your own, you can update the address and personally reship the order. If our address is set as the return address, then we’ll contact you for an updated address.
If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original. If you have any more questions or concerns please contact us at email@example.com
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 2 weeks.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
